I am here to shout about some
really exciting developments in the world of power and resources.
Firstly our new products. Well, so we don't concentrate too much on us (it's too easy to get wrapped up in self promotion) you know where our website is so please visit it and take a look at the energy consumption and mobile energy categories.

Larger and more data centres, consuming more energy ?
There is news that Iceland will see the Worlds FIRST zero carbon data centre, with power provided by geothermal and hydroelectric power. The Guardian reports on this.
Renewable Energy Credits (RECs - USA) momentum gathering pace as more businesses use them for energy off setting and their demand is set to continue. Renewable Energy World has more details in a very informative post
Lets face it car pooling or car sharing is not a new idea, many people have long shared a lift with someone else that lives en route or nearby. However, with the advent of the web this idea has really moved up a gear (great puns hey !!) with sites like Car Pooling now boasting over 3 million registered users or Car Pool World (over 172k registered trips). The web and its unlimited boundaries in terms of reach mean that this idea ( that I would suggest is as old as the car itself) can have real economic and environmental effects. Why not consider it ? We would be interested to hear from you if you do use a car pool, are adamant that you would not or have and used it and would not use it again.
